The Landing page displays media categories (Showcases, Featured Events, etc.) when available and the event collections within those categories. The categories and events that display are customized for your region.
Click View All beside the category title to display all of its events or event groups
Click an event thumbnail or title to display all images associated with the event. For more information, see Using Search Results.
When you perform searches, you retrieve content that is classified with your Landing page's media type (Editorial, Sports, News, Historical, etc.). For instance, you will not retrieve Historical content when performing a search from the Editorial Landing page. However, you can still search for content that is not on your landing page by selecting a media category/subcategory from the Search box menu.
When you log on to AP Images, you are initially directed to Editorial, the default Landing page. To change the Landing page, select an option from the Images, Video (where applicable), Audio (where applicable) or More Media menus in the Search bar.
On certain landing pages, the left column markets current or upcoming AP Images special event coverage. The coverage items are customized for your region and disappear when you perform a search.
