A protest against the cancellation decommunization law in Kiev, Ukraine - 21 May 2019

Ukrainian activists from different nationalists parties are seen during the rally against cancellation of the law on decommunization in front the Constitutional Court in Kiev. Protesters stand against appeals of 46 Ukrainian lawmakers who appealed to the court to review the constitutionality of the law about decommunization. The law on decommunization was voted by the Ukrainian Parliament in April 2015, condemning communist and Nazi totalitarian regimes, banning their propaganda and symbolism. According to the law, the symbolic and propaganda of Nazism, National Socialism, these values, any activity of Nazi, fascist groups in Ukraine is prohibited.
