22 August 2019, Brandenburg, M'nchehofe: Christoph P'tschke, head of the cheese dairy, checks the quality of Bochshorn clover cheese in the ripening room of Gl'sernen Molkerei GmbH. Gl'serne Molkerei GmbH produces various organic milk products at two sites in M'nchehofe (Brandenburg) and Dechow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). A total of 120 million litres of milk are processed every year. Visitors have the opportunity to visit the dairy in M'nchehofe and learn everything they need to know about the production of organic dairy products during guided tours through a glass corridor.
