Hong Kong after the protests

20 August 2019, China, Hongkong: In the district of Mongkok in the district of Kowloon, minibuses, taxis and suppliers are stuck in traffic jams on a side street, and unlike in the previous weeks, the protests at the weekend did not lead to any notable riots. The demonstrators didn't build barricades. The police refrained from using tear gas, which was seen as a sign of relaxation. Photo by: Gregor Fischer/picture-alliance/dpa/AP Images
