Members of criminal justice, disability rights, and immigration organizations announce a class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of thousands of people suffering in ICE detention centers for unconstitutional medical, mental health, and disability accommodations in ICE detention centers, during a news conference outside the Roybal Federal Courthouse in Los Angeles Monday, Aug. 19, 2019.
