Kalamazoo River Cleanup

In this Sept 13, 2018 photo provided by the Environmental Protection Agency shows an aerial view of the Kalamazoo River immediately upstream from the Trowbridge Dam near Allegan, Mich., in southwestern Michigan. The first step is to stabilize the dam structure so that it won't collapse while a contractor dredges PCB-laced sediments from this 2.4-mile river section upstream, which is expected to take three years, said Paul Ruesch, the EPA's on-site coordinator.
