Researchers investigate methane emissions from cows

dpatop - 22 August 2019, Schleswig-Holstein, Noer: Three cows stand on a pasture of the Lindhof sample with bound measuring devices. The ruminants produce methane, a climate-damaging greenhouse gas. Researchers at the University of Kiel want to reduce methane production by using a mixture of herbs. In return, they tie the livestock to a belt of experimental material.
