Suffragette Anniversary Rose Lamartine Yates

Rose Lamartine Yates, one of the survivors of the famous women's suffragette campaign of nearly thirty years ago in Great Britain, met with fellow campaigners on Feb. 6, 1939 at the Westminster Hotel, London to celebrate the twenty-first anniversary of their victory. Votes for women were granted in 1918. The gathering was attended by nearly 170 women, and a few men.
