Great Depression Hunger March 1932

A cordon of police guarding part of the area allotted to Washington marchers near the railroad in the Capital city of Washington after the arrival of the first contingent, Dec. 4, 1932. The marchers were met at the District of Columbia boundary line and escorted into the city by heavy police convoy.
