Spain Franco's Headquarters Bombed

A raid by air on General Franco’s headquarters at Salamanca, on Jan. 24, 1938, the worst raid the Nationalist headquarters has experienced since the war began, has been followed by rebel air attacks on republican towns in the Pyrenees, and Republican planes bombing Seville, and five rebel warships, including two Italian destroyers shelling Valencia.
