WWII England London Barber Shop

Mrs. Theresa Evans, 34, cutting a male customers hair at a London barber shop, April 29, 1942. Because of the call-up of barbers in Britain, many shops will now cut hair, shave, only by appointment, but at this shop in North London, the problem has been solved by employing a woman. Mrs. Evans learned hair dressing ten years ago as a hobby, and since cut her friends hair, but was offered her present job and, according to customers, cuts their hair better than most men.
