Delia Bogard, who was clubbed and seriously injured in Los Angeles a month after Anya Sosoyeva was slain, met the man police said confessed to killing Sosoyeva and slugging Miss Bogard and Myrtle Wagner, when he was taken before a Grand Jury, Aug. 30, 1939 in Los Angeles, Calif.
