Post WWII Germany Market

In an effort to stamp out the activities of Black marketeers in Berlin, the Allied authorities have opened a bartering market where German civilians are allowed to exchange various articles. An entrance fee of one Mark has been imposed, but this failed to discourage thousands who gained admittance on the opening day. Military personnel are forbidden to enter the market.
