Germany New Graf Zeppelin Airship

The latest German airship, LZ 130, christened Graf Zeppelin, at Friedrichshafen, Germany, took her first test flight afterward. The great ship is designed to replace the present Graf Zeppelin. She is a sister ship of the ill-fated Hindenburg. The new Graf Zeppelin being manoeuvred into position at Friedrichshafen, Germany, on Sept. 14, 1938, for taking off on the first test flight.
